Is one of my engines reverse rotation? Or is the counter rotation handled by the transmissions? It’s time to reporter and I want to make sure to order the right engines.

Probably standard rotation. Guaranteed way to know for sure... crank the engines and watch how they spin. 
Or... when you talk to your Merc store, they can look it up based on your serial number.
