Hello everyone, I need some help. I have a real nice well maintained 17 footer. I brought it out of storage this year, did the normal oil changes, plugs etc and put the charged battery in. We hooked it up to the garden hose to fire it up and had nothing at the dash. Power trim and depth finder worked great, just no power to the blower,bilge,radio or gauges. All fuses were checked with a meter and were good. Checked power to the stater, 12.8 volts present. Found the wire that feeds the dash with power, about 3.8 volts. Somewhere near the rear of the boat something is causing a voltage drop.
If you have had or know of a similar problem, can you throw me advice before it has to go to the shop along with my first born?
