I have a 1995 195BR and just this past weekend had an issue that I am not sure about.
Forgive me for not using proper terms: As I get ready to start the boat, I have the standard LOUD beep and then it stops once the motor is running. However, this weekend that beep will not stop once the boat is running. It would continue for a god 3-4 mins. (Not too long, but it certainly catches everyones attention at the marina.)
Any ideas? Is this a sign that something else is wrong?
