1998 Sundancer 290 - no water in bathroom sink! But all others are fine

I am at a loss - why is there just a trickle from the faucet in the head while the toilet, the kitchen sink faucet and the aft shower hose are normal?
The water pump starts immediately then I turn on the water at the sink, but the water is not even a steady stream.

ideas? Could a restriction be in the handle itself?

There is probably a mesh screen where the handle screws to the hose, or at the spray end.

Thank you for responding.
I just found the problem - the stainless flex hose near the water service separated and the plastic liner became twisted, preventing much flow. So I just replaced the hose.

And? I replaced mine when bought boat. Been 3 years but I think I got the exact replacement at Camping World.
I know at the time I upgraded all the fixtures and found that Camping World was half the price of marine stores.
