Is there any adjustment at the throttle lever? On my port throttle I have to move it way more in either direction before I see a change on my rpm’s. And once the change happens I can bring it back even with the starboard lever with out any change to rpm’s

Ahhh, you got sloppy cable. 2 people. one at the helm with the binnacle removed so you can see it. The other at the engine. Since you have 2 engines, it's easy to see if they are operating differently. The levers in the throttle are pretty stout, as are the levers on the engine. If there's a difference, I would look at the fasteners that hold the outer cable still while the inner cable moves. If nothing is apparent, I would look at the routing (which should be similar, and shouldn't be a big deal). Mostly, what I have seen is a split in one of the cables that allows more flex=movement of the inner cable before it actually starts pushing in or out.
My bet? Something is loose.
