2004 390 Sundancer Microwave Removal

I have a 2004 390 Sundancer and want to replace the microwave, but cannot figure out how to get the microwave out of the millwork/cabinet? Does anyone know how to accomplish this?

Our original micro wave quit last summer. After a lengthy search we found a Danby that was a near perfect fit.

The micro. is probably attached to a board that is screwed in from the bottom.
