new to us - 1st time having to winterize this boat. Any tips or routines anyone does?

Do it yourself? or pay for it? There are several threads here on this topic.
Every other year, of annually depending on hours,your boat needs the Gimbal bearing and bellows checked impeller changed, and full filter changed.
Change motor oil and drive oil every fall, as part of winterization.
I drain the fresh water tank, and blow the water lines, no antifreeze needed
