Might get more feedback if you post your issue in the title of the thread. I had a similar issue, turned out to be the motor. My 60 amp breaker was located in the engine room.
Doesn't your boat have an enclosed electrical box in the engine room where the battery disconnect solenoids are? The system main circuit breakers as well as other high amperage circuit breakers are also in that box. Here is a typical picture of one that SR uses on many of the boats. You can see the windlass circuit breaker also in this picture.
