2016 SPX rust issue - need advice

I have rust at the manifold gasket, motors mounts and other part on and in the engine cabin. Any thoughts on the pics? 79 hours on the engine. Mercruiser 4.3MPI 250hp.

Do you boat in fresh water or salt water? It makes a difference.

Salt. So is this normal for salt?
