2019 27 SDX

Ordered a new 2019 27 SDX. Delivery is April. Had a 2006 240 Sundeck since 2006. Loved it, but decided that it was time to get a new boat with a windlass this time. Got the IO 8.2 with sea core. Hope I did not make a mistake. Love the look of the rear deck and the interior seating is great. Can't wait till delivery. Anyone else have this boat?

I have the OB version, and my friend has the 350hp 6.2 version.
Great layout. Decent build quality. Only cosmetic issues for the most part, some small electrical.
Recall for floor foam on the 2018 and lower models.
The 6.2 350hp boat is a 46 mph boat, and will handle a large crowd and still perform acceptable. The 8.2 is a heavy motor, but that torque will be noticeable from the holeshot up to cruise. You will spend a lot of time at the pump.....

I have a 2016 270 SDX. I found out that the water pump impeller is buried so deep under motor that it will cost between $1200-$1500 to change the water impeller. I was told that this included the 25-29 SDX and SLX. Check with your dealer to see if this is true with your boat
