220DA parts Wanted

I have a few things to finish on the 1989 220DA. I am looking for a dash panel with no gauges or instruments. I just need it for a patern, or a patern if someone has one. I am going to make a custom dash with newer gauges and switches, my old one is pretty faded and I dont want to pull the boat apart until the new panel is ready.

Let me know if you have something that will work.

I just got my 91 220da yesterday. I am also going to make a custom gauge panel for mine, more than likely out of 1/8" aluminum on my haas cnc mill, I dont know when I will be removing the panel from my boat but when I do I will post a copy of my cad file picture up with all outside dimensions and diameters/locations of holes for ya.

Hey, I would pay to have you cut a second one. The only thing I want to do is cut rectangle holes for the newer switches.

well I might be able to help you out. I have quite a bit of work to do to my boat before i get to the cosmetic side of things. But when I do I will post a pic of my final product on here and you can let me know if you are still interested. I will save the cad file so i can modify it for different holes or locations or what not when I get around to making it. thanks

No problem, I have a bigger boat that is priority on upgrades. That dash is just a winter project kind of thing.

a while back there was a post in the 220DA thread about a company that sells dash panels. look through the thread and you should be able to find it
