300WE Wiper Arms & Blades

My 1989 300 WE has the rigid straight blades that are bolted to the arms. I replaced the blades, but one of them doesn't work for crap, as I think the windshield isn't perfectly flat. I'd like to change the arms to a conventional hook type that will accept a common curved windshield automotive blade. Anyone have any experience with this? The arms don't have a cap over the motor shaft, so I'm thinking they're the type with a lock tab that needs to be released in order to remove them from the splined hub that's on the shaft.

schwarz, I have not had to replace mine but I understand if you take the one(s) you want to replace to a truck parts place they probably will have it in stock.
