hey guys, wondering if I can get a little help. I’m looking for a very thorough surveyor in the Bayfield Wisconsin area to look at a 2007 38 DA.

Also, I need to transport it from Bayfield to Detroit. Any suggestions on transport companies?

I second BTL. They are right in my "backyard". I know a lot of people here that use them and they are one of the haulers for Tiara (built in Holland, MI).

Run it home on its bottom.. Its really not that long of a trip.

***After looking at a map, I retract my statement above***

That would be a long run. About 24 hours of run time.

I chuckled at your post (in a good way). That would be one heck of a run in a "new to anyone" boat. The gales of November are just a stones throw away at this point. 24 hours would probably be absolute best-case? That's a lotta miles.

Flip side - that's going to be a pricey haul. By road that's going to be a beast of a run. Especially avoiding Chicago...

I would stay north and take it down I75 if possible.

Lol, I charted it out before deciding going over road. It’s more like 31 hours, and with superior this time of year who knows!
