390 EC Front A/C Problem

A friend of mine with a 1988 SeaRay 390 EC is having a problem with the front A/C unit.
i'm not getting any power to the compressor but the fan runs its in a tuff place to get at. I'm thinking maybe a relay but can't find it, or a start capacitor. Am i warm and on the right track ?

Finally was able to get another look at the unit, What i found was a bad High pressure switch. The unit is now back up and running !

With a voltage tester power was going in but not coming out freon pressure was good!

Traced the power up to the switch and none coming out. As
soon as i jumped it out the compressor started and the pressures were good in the system
