4.3MPI Oil Leak Issue!

Last year toward the end of the season I was forced to bring my boat into MM for repairs due to my bilge being filled with the entire contents of my engine oil. They said it was leaking from the timing chain cover, they replaced it and all was good... Until...
this spring I had the boat out and noticed more oil in the bilge, I was given the explanation that it could have been from the excess oil trapped in the forward part of the boat where they could not clean. Last week I noticed oil in the bilge again. I brought the boat back to MM and they are pulling the engine out today to fix the same issue it had last season.
Apparently it is a design flaw in the 4.3 where the oil pan gasket and the timing chain gasket meet. MM said they have another one in right now with the same issue, also in last season for the same reason.

We will see what they do this time to try and prevent this from happening again.

Has anyone else had this issue? Did you ever figure out a way to make sure it doesn't happen again?

What did you finally have to do to solve the problem?
