I do not have that remote, so maybe my remote is for the swim platform. Here is a picture of the remote. If anyone recognizes it, please LMK. I will call the 800 # on the back of the fob and maybe they can help me ID the unit.

Thanks for your help.

Your remote pic looks just like my remote for the swim platform. My remote for the shore power cord is a small rectangular black colored remote.

Do you have to turn on the power button on the bridge and the power button on the cabled remote in order to get the remote to work? I know the power button times out every 45 seconds or so on the cabled remote tucked inside the port cockpit door. Or, can I just hit the power switch on the bridge and go right to the remote?

TY,
Vince

For the swim platform remote, I just use the remote and don't do anything on the bridge. I am not 100% sure if the swim platform, if the bridge button is left in the "On" position.

You just need to leave the helm platform switch on to use the remote. Mine never timed out.

I added a toggle switch in the port cockpit cabinet that duplicated the helm switch so I didn't have to go up and down the stairs.

That makes a lot of sense to me, to put a second switch down in the cockpit area. I like that idea.

V berth mattress help. We have a memory foam mattress that the admiral hates. I’m not a fan either. We are going to be ordering a new one once I get some advice from the 480 group on which one they like….and where they purchased. I prefer a firm mattress.

Does anyone know where I can purchase the cord & control that plugs into the port-side cabinet in the cockpit? My cable is starting the break down a little. The wires inside are fine, but the outside jacket is starting to get a little hard & brittle.

Thanks!

B.T.W. Here is a picture of the boat from the beach this weekend. We were anchored between two islands and took the tender to shore. Have not seen many boat pics in a while so I thought I would post one.

Lattitude Adjustment, sorry I don't know. However there is a sponsor to this site that specializes in hydraulic lifts. They might be able to advise you.

I assume you don't know the name of the sponsor, otherwise you would have put it in your reply. Maybe someone else will see this thread and can comment on the donor's name and I will go from there.

Thank you for your help, much appreciated.

sorry dont know how to open a new thread
question… how do you remove the couch to get to the port fuel tank sender?

they have an cylinder overhaul kit. ghs, clearwater. took my cylinders to a local shop and they loved the kit. my cylinders are like new, fast and strong and even on the lift

the out rollers on the cable master have two micro switches in series. if one fails it stop going out. my assembly was old and broke when i removed it. replaced the whole collar for $65. go to you tube to see what i am talking about

My salon A/C is in some sort of count down mode where it counts down from the temperature to zero and comes back on for a few seconds, then turns off. Is this some sort of pre-programmed mode like a de-humidify mode? My strainer basket was full with grass, which I cleaned, but it is still doing the same thing.

I am wondering if something got past the strainer and clogged the pump system. When it runs, it does pump strong outflow.

Ideas?

TY,
Vince

Mine was doing that a while back. It ended up being a Comm issue. They cleaned up the connections and replaced the cable between the display and controller. I was getting an "HP" error also. Not to be confused with HI PS error.
