540 Aft Sunpad issue

2000 Sea Ray 540 DA

I need to replace the LewMar traveler cars that extend the aft sunpad. All 4 cars no longer have any Delrin or Torlon balls.

The LewMar cars are marked 2000B and LewMar USA has been unable to help with a cross to current cars. I looked at using Harkin captive cars but unfortunately they are 1/4 inch too wide and will not slide in the track well.

Talked with some riggers and got the ’sorry’ answer.

Does anyone have a work around for this?

May have to find a good machinist that can duplicate the Delrin parts for you.
