86 340 EC sliding door removal

I've been searching forums and can't locate how to remove the 2 piece acrylic sliding door system in order to replace the rollers. I know I've seen it talked about a while back and I thought it was in the "Big Old 340" thread but I can't find it. Anyone know where it is? Want to help a friend repair his over the winter. Thanks in advance.
