88 WE 300 Head ventilation

Just found out this evening electric vent in head is inoperative. Any resources on where to purchase a replacement? Thanks.

It's just a bilge blower fan so any marine supply store.

Starboard cockpit side panel by helm. Should be two, one for galley, one for head. At least on a dancer, a WE should be similar.

GOOD LUCK getting to them!! Installed in front of the motor on the right under the helm.

Look behind the trim panel on the starboard side first. They may be under the helm on a WE but I don't see why they would put them in a hard to reach area with all the extra room on a WE.

On my 88, they were in the lower right hand corner in front of the STBD motor. The sea water pump was very difficult to reach and remove. The 2 blower motors were about another foot away and lower.

Be sure you aren't looking at your regular bilge blowers. My boat has four, two for engines located in the bilge and two more for cabin and head ventilation located behind that panel bythe helm. AAgain I have a DA so yours may be different. Turn on your galley fan and see where the sound comes from. Chances are the head fan will be close by.
