When I bought my "89 280 S/D the S.S. anchor roller was bent along with the anchor itself. I removed th S.S. roller staightened it and bought a new 13 and 14 lbs. anchor, looks like new, thought I had it all fixed but the anchor hits the fiberglass no mater what I do.(I don't have a windless). It looks like the org. factory installed. can't figure it out. Almost like it should be extended further out but its in the same spot. Any ideas??? I already tried a 14# plow type...NG.
