In answer to markrsimon - I was not getting any water flow at all. That is why I started troubleshooting that area. I flushed both input from the through hull valve & ouput toward the AC compressors and both lines were clear.

Thanks for the tips and information. I have successfully restored my AC units and both are functioning properly. The pump was identified as a Little Giant 2-MD (P/N 580002). Thanks to pumpvendor.com for the data.
