Looking for advice and suggestions for putting on all the accessories to my engine.

First challenge: Manifold and risers installation. How do I know which side of the engine the manifold and risers are installed.

thank you,
Sea lah

from the nature of your question it sounds like you may have limited knowledge of the mechanicals on your boat and have a steep learning curve in front of you if you want to perform the maintenance and repairs to your boat....i would suggest you first purchase the service/repair manuals for your engine and outdrive and study them carefully.....they are well laid out and well illustrated....then as you get into a specific task such as replacing the exhaust risers and manifolds you will have a better idea as to what specific questions you need to ask the forum....you should also use the 'search' feature of the forum when you have questions before you post a question....most likely someone has had the same questions as you before and there will be archived posts to give you the answers.....

Do you know which hole the key goes in to start it? :) BTW, manifolds and risers are not an accessory but a necessity.

They are the same, either one will fit either side.
