Adding rear-facing transom seat to '06 320?

I am wondering if it is possible to add a pull down rear-facing seat to the transom storage compartment lid of a '06 320, like they have on the 07'-'09 330s. Has anyone done this?

I'm sure a custom seat could be fabricated and the transom could be customized for the install.
Figure at least 2 Boat Dollars. Oh, and welcome aboard.
