Yes, an interesting bit of information. Though it doesn't surprise me. I've worked as a EE/SE most of my life and have never liked the AI side of things. AI is focused on making money they don't look at the possible side effects. Does Skynet ring a bell, perhaps that side of the movie may be more true to life then thought.

Yes, it's actually the best term for all of this. Wasn't debating that though. I have always disliked AI and especially all of the in your face marketing.
 
Not designed to manipulate educated liberals- more squarely aimed at the ignorant subclass of the right(maga, etc), who have proven themselves quite malleable. You will whine about it and eat it all up at the same time.
