anchor heip

i have a 320 dancer, when I go to lower my anchor my vent will open, the anchor doesn't lower. When I press my bilge light the horn goes off, I'm thinking that the control panel has shorted out.
Any thoughts?

Sounds almost identical to a problem I had on my previous 340.

Problem was the switch pad at the helm. Once that was replaced, problem fixed.
