Newbie question: on my 2009 330, I have a white light mounted on a pole on a mount that has the radar and Satallite tv antenna on it. My question is, when the nav lights are turned on, the white light is on all around not just the stern section, just like when just the anchor light is on. Is this normal? or should only the stern section of white light be on when the nav lights are on? I think if I read the Rules of the Road correctly for this size boat, that this is normal, but not sure. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, what you describe is normal and proper for a vessel less than 12 meters (which you are).

do you have a nav light anywhere else facing aft other than the mast? Like on the transom locker door for example? If so, then the rear portion of the mast light should go out when nav lights are on. If not, then the mast light is your only white nav light and it should be lit around.
When the anchor lights are on, one light is illuminated 360 degrees. If you have a transom locker light, it should be out and the mast light lit around.
