Another poor criminal who wont get a Christmas Present.

I think we should start a GoFundMe page for the poor young man who got shot. I'm sure he was only after the money because he wanted to do more Christmas shopping. He planned to give the gifts he bought to the children at a local homeless center.

He was really a good kid. All "A" student, sang in the choir at school and church, loved little kids and was a friend to all of them.

Mother to sue the shop keeper in three...two...one...

Did you see that third a-hole go over and pretend to ask if the guy was OK and then grabbed the clerks gun and ran away? Unbelievable. I guess maybe he was the lookout for the masked guys.

That clerk was lucky he did not get popped in the back of the head. The scumbag deserved to get shot, but holy crap man, its just money. Let the creep go and don't try to be a hero that could easily have been a dead hero.

I thought I read that the clerk got pistol-whipped by the perp. In his mind there was probably much more at stake than money; his life for example.

Watch the video in the article. He grabbed his gun after the perp was taking the money. Perp's gun right behind his ear and he didn't shoot. Clerk could have easily been popped.

reason enough right there. People do interesting (and not always wise) things when they are in fear for their lives. Not sure I'd second guess him.
