Anyone out there install a Tow Hook or Trailer Eyes to pull a skier or drag an inflatable on a mid-to-late 80's 340 EC (or Sundancer)?
I'm cool with performing an installation - proper sealing and stout interior backing plate(s) - I'm just curious of anyone else had tried the same thing, and if you had it to do it over again would you have changed anything.
I'm also wondering where you went with the hardware. I was thinking I'd want to be below the rubrail since that's actual transom and is stout. But I think getting there from the engine compartment would position them pretty low...
