It's understandable that some people become addicted to social media, as the constant engagement and connectivity can be alluring. However, it's important to find a healthy balance and not let it consume our daily lives.
""The Social Dilemma"" sounds like an eye-opening film that explores the negative effects of social media. I appreciate the recommendation and will definitely check it out.
By the way, if you're interested in exploring a different social media platform, TikTok has gained significant popularity in recent years. It's a creative and entertaining platform where users share short videos. If you decide to join TikTok, you can even try to Buy Real TikTok likes to enhance the visibility and engagement of your content. Ultimately, it's up to each individual to decide how they want to engage with social media and the internet.

Im on FB a lot. Reason?…
Want know what bands playing at all the boating bars in area, FB.
I literally emailed a marina an hour ago what bands they have this upcoming weekend. Their reply… look us up on FB. I swear.
Updates on black powder gun clubs i belong to, FB.
Need supplies, on sale or available, FB.
I avoided it for years. But everything is on FB these days. Every band, business, bar, marina, etc. i caved.
And here the thing, yall don’t know, but percussion caps are rare as hens teeth these days. I was nearly out like everyone in the USA. Got on FB, networked, I am now up to 5k caps.
FB is indispensable for networking.
Now, twitter, instagram, truth, the new one tread, not a chance. Those are just idiots spouting political opinions. Useless as tits on a bull.

A friend of ours recommended a Netflix film to us so we watched it a few evenings ago. It was an eye opening experience to see and hear many of the captains of the social media industry talk about the negative effects that social media has on us.

I'm not a user of any of the social media platforms but my wife is addicted to them. The attraction of the social media programs is as addicting as many drugs.

Here's a link to a trailer to the film. The film is about an hour and a half. The trailer is about 2 minutes. I highly recommend this film, "The Social Dilemma" to all of you whether you're a social media user or not.

Never been on Instagram. I have a Facebook account from "way back when" though I do not Post. I will read some of the posts from time to time from select (I use a filter to only see what I want to see) friends/family. I am on NextDoor because all of my neighbors are, idiots...
