Asian Carp, ARGH!!!

We had an article in our local paper on the issue. If I remember correctly the quote from the Army Corp of Engineers said that they don't need to make any changes because there is no hard evidence that what they are currently doing to prevent the spread of the carp isn't working. Which means their plan is to do nothing until it's too late. It's a complete disgrace!
