I have a party today for a good high school friend that got hitched. It was a justice of the peace thing so my wife decided we would throw a reception party for her, nothing formal just a bunch of friends and family getting together. Had about 60 people RSVP so I started cooking yesterday. Glad I enjoy firing up the smoker...

Tough to see with the shadows....what is on the grill?

Three briskets and a pork loin yesterday, today I have three free range chickens, some hot links, and baked beans in my dutch oven. Plus warming yesterdays food back up. Just tried some and it is soo good. Smoked with misquite this time, normally I use pecan. I also tried a new sop that kept everything moist. I just brushed it from the bottom of the pan.

Man am I beat today...we had between 40 and 50 people show. Just a couple ziplock bags of food left. Our faithful friends stayed up late and helped clean so at least I can relax a bit today...actually its recovering from all the dancing we did. Its good to have a DJ buddy from high school.

Nice pink setup he has! jk

I like your style as an ameteur BBQer. I love to watch people bite into my food I smoked and/or grilled. Almost always the same reaction....."best I ever had!"

Yeah, I mentioned the pink housings but once they started producing the lasers at night I forgot all about the case color...
