I have got a 15 v guest battery charger.dual battery. 2 neg. cables come off one post to go the the neg. on each battery,one the other side there are 2 posts with posvitive cables for each battery. one ground that it is on the pos. post now isnt that ground hot. it says gound wire but the ground hooked to the pos.is hot, I have them workng with out hooking the gound wire, when i hook up the ground wre it sparks ???
 
I read through your post 3 times. I apologize if English isn't your first language, but I couldn't make sense of what you were trying to say.

The best advice I can give you is to look in your Guest's owners manual and follow the wiring diagram. Also, check that the cables going from the batteries to the engine/battery switch are hooked up correctly.

A spark can mean things are hooked up wrong. It can also simply mean that there is a current draw - meaning something is "on", which isn't abnormal as things like radio memory and bilge pumps will always be on. However, they draw such little power that they may or may not make a spark (usually not, but it wouldn't be abnormal if it did).

Also not clear what you have but there should not be any ground cables hooked to a positive post. Something is not correct here.
 
If you have a picture of the charger you could post, that would be helpful. I sounds like you have five (5) cables coming from the charger, are you sure the fifth cable isn't for grounding the charger to the boat?
