I am the middle of restoring a 1987 270 DA. In looking through the engine compartment, I have found two issues that I need help from a seasoned Sea Ray owner.
The battery switch (Perko) is lying loose in the starboard corner, and feel it should be secured somewhere other than where it is. In the past, (on other brands of boats) I have seen the battery switch located in a convienient place outside of the engine compartment.
The second issue is the bilge blower. It is loose and has broken away from the hose and was lying next to the trim pump. Where is the blower supposed to be located?
Can anyone upload some pictures of where these components are located in their boats?
Thanks to all for your patience with yet another newbie.
