So, this summer I spent sitting either on the cockpit or down at the booth in our lovely galley finishing up a novel I had started. Writing on a boat is inspirational, even if you are not writing about boating! When you get 'stuck' for words or ideas, you can look up and see the water, sky, wake... it is the best medicine for writers block!
And, the book has been published!! As of 8/19/09 it has been for sale on Amazon.com (click on link below to buy a copy or just to see it!) It has been an awesome summer and I feel so blessed to be able to take the time -- on a boat no less-- and write a novel!
I already feel successful for just completing it; but if you need a nice gift for someone (men or woman can read this), then please purchase a copy. It is an American drama.
