Just had my stock trim tab switches replaced on my 2007 260DA with the Bennett EIC Display (EIC001). Turns out its not so easy on a Sea Ray. Mechanic had to have Bennett fabricate a special harness or relay - delaying the install, but hey - at least Bennett is accommodating.
With a 260DA you get to understand trim tabs - and I completely get the idea of the switches being reversed so that the port switch controls the starboard side and vise-versa, but here is something I am completely not getting:
I get that Bennett is indicating which tab has been deployed - but you reversed the switches...and not the indicator lights? Bennett makes no mention of this in their installation manual by the way.
