block leaking water

I purchased a used sundancer over the winter with twin 4.3's from a reputable marina. Assuming the motors were properly winterized by the marina, i only listened to them run and closed the deal.Now, upon running them,one motor had a blown expansion plug which i replaced,but is still leaking water from the bell housing, starter area...are there freeze plugs on the back of the motor or any idea where this water is coming from ? BTW,the oil looks clean and the manifolds have no leaks.
