I've got a few dead gauges, but simple fixes, not worried about them.

However, I did notice that the Hot Water heater is leaking and has obviously been crap for a longtime. A previous owner did bypass the outputs, but left the hot supply from the engine in place and those seem to be leaking inside the unit now, after we ran the engines during launch. I'm wondering, if there is a trick to removing these hoses? My goal would be to remove them from the engine at next haul out, but for this season I just want to couple them together and remove the heater itself to stop the slow leak.

and as I was tracing the hoses from the hot water heater I noticed that the one of the hose fittings on the riser was replaced with a Schedule 80 PVC elbow?! WTF? Easy fix, but I'm surprised to say the least.

That being said the A/C works perfectly for 40 years old and there is an AC converter built in and it seems to be working and charging the batteries, but the previous owner told me it didn't have one. I'm assuming he just didn't know what it was.
