I noticed last weekend that the bow is pushing out of the bow stop. It's pushing to the side, I then take a few steps backwards and the whole boat is turned to port like 2 degrees. I cranked the front of the trailer up to look underneath to check for alinement and it started getting worse. I figured it was not on level so I went to the ramp today and "reloaded" it and it looked good, even width between strakes and bunks, bow seated straight in the bow stopped figured I was all good. By the time I got home, bam, it was turned to port again, WTF. The trailer is new last year, the dealer set it up for me, the setup looks alright, I measured everything and it's squared up. Any help would be great.

Is the bow eye sucked up tight to the stop roller?
Do you have Pictures?

Do you anchor down the back of the boat when trailering? (See pic)

If not, the boat could bounce if you hit a bump.

the boat SHOULD be secured at the bow and stern; if it is, I'd have a hard time figuring out how it's shifting... maybe your straps aren't holding?

If you have any significant raised chines on your hull make sure they do not rest on a bunk. That would decrease the surface area on the bunk. You can move the bunks in or out so that the chines lay to one side or the other. Preferably right up against the bunk for the best hold.

If the boat has been shifting since you bought the trailer I would assume the trailer is not set up correctly. Bring it back to the dealer, It wouldn't be the first time a dealer set up a trainer wrong.

In addition to above:

Although the trailer is relatively new I would check the boards for rot. I have seen some rot out in a year before.

I actually have this problem one of the forward bunks looks like a 1x2 laying flat there are two close together holding the front of the boat one of them the carpet is worn and looks like the wood is damanged not sure why this is happening.

Make sure the bow winch pulls the boat tight to the stop, then use the safety chain and then ANOTHER strap down cable that secures the boat down to the beam of the trailer. When im trailering, the bow hook has 3 connections (winch, safety chain, and another strap) and the stern is strapped from the stern cleats to the trailer. Makes it real snug to the trailer and prevents any sort of movement. Dont rely on just the winch strap and the safety chain because it will allow the bow to bounce UP when you hit bumps. Using that 3rd strap and tying it down towards the center beam of the trailer keeps it from moving at ALL. Hope this helps.

I had a similar problem; I made sure first I had the correct transom/end of trailer measurement. Second made sure I hade the correct tong weight. Third and sounds a bit like what you are speaking of; bow guide to bow ring setting. I was off and the winch was pulling down the boat causing undue stress on the eye and hull. I adjusted the winch stand so no stress up or down. I feel it is important to have a strait neutral position.

Topped this all off with a bow tie down and I don’t mean that useless so called safety chain. I placed a 24 inch axel strap around the trailer frame attached to a turnbuckle hooked to the bow eye. This provides a positive bow eye secured to the trailer. My winch strap is almost at a 90 and the tie down mentioned is directly down to trailer.

No worries 2 ton of boat secured. I have seen three times over thirty years a tow vehicle involved in a sudden deceleration crash with the boat up over and through the back of the vehicle.
