I'm doing that this Friday for my wifes "Bunco Game" but with a twist! Beanless Chili and Cheddar Cheese on the top with the Cream Cheese on the bottom.
Can't have enough CHEESE!!!!

We start off with BEER, then we have more BEER and for a little desert we have more BEER !!!!! Then my wife gets to the boat.

Put a ten pound turkey in the electric smoker early this morning. Smoked with apple wood at 225 degrees. Internal reading of 170 and let it rest till 180 is reached. Anyone want a slice?

Get the Magma grill going. Wrap peeled shrimp, Old Bay Seasoning and Land o Lakes Butter in aluminum foil and grill for 15 - 20 minutes, until the butter is melted and shrimp is steamed good. Wash it down with some white wine or cold beer, while listening to some music.

Boat Dogs and Boat Burgers. Fast, easy, good. Doesn't get any better when lubricated with ample quantities of beer.

We tried a Magma Grill last year, but for a boat our size, it was too much work and made it too crowded.

We keep it simple and get made-to-order sandwiches from a local sandwich shop. Muchies range from Pirates Booty popcorn to grapes and ample quantities of fruit to cheese and crackers.

We're not far off from getting back int he water here.

The cooler packed with watermellon, grapes, string cheese, turkey, ham, rolls, American cheese and Gatorade.
Almost forgot... corn chips.

Ok, I love talking food!!!! We like to order Bush's Chicken (a southern chicken joint). We order fried chicken, strips, mash potatoes, white gravy, corn on the cob, fried okra, and fries. It works great with kids out on the cockpit area. We also bring watermelon and soak it with fresh cut limes and salt. That lime makes the watermelon. Refer to pictures below. Other good munchies are Funyons and cheese puffs.

Here is picture that failed on other post. Sorry.
