Boat Storage-Thousand Islands Area

We are thinking about storing our boat in the upstate NY area during the off season. I want to find a place where it can be stored inside, on the trailer. We usually boat in the Kingston, Thousand Islands, Rideau Canal area. I want to be able to use the boat for about 4-6 weeks every summer. The rest of the time, it can stay in storage.

Any help with leads to a storage facility would be helpful.

A couple we know who did the Great Loop three years ago left their boat for the winter at Winter Harbor in Brewerton, NY. They had a bow thruster installed, and some paint work done on the cabin of their GB36 while it was there. They were very complimentary of the service there. http://www.winterharborllc.com/

Not quite what I am looking for. I want to find a place, not necessarily on the water, where the boat and trailer can be stored indoors. It would also be great if they could provide launch/haul-out service and winterization.
