I have this "monkey on my back" that feeds me occasionally by the name of Treasure Coast Fire Protection We also own Paradigm Construction and do some light GC work.

What keeps you going?

I ran a decent sized commercial GC for a long time, then started my own firm in 06. My son joined the company in 07 after he graduated from UF's construction school.

I know you have to be a construction guy to be up at 7 AM on a Saturday.

I've been in this for 36 years and started TCFP 10 years ago.

Plans have cancelled for me. My girlfriend just informed me that we have a baby shower to attend. Go Figure...

Looks like I will have to see you guys at Aquapalooza at Boca Raton, if not, maybe we can plan something before the big event.

Hi Guys,
Thank you all very much for the concern - I took my boat in for warranty work at my trusted mechanic and guess what - SeaRay is no longer allowing you to find your own mechanic - instead, you HAVE to have it serviced at Marine Max.

So, the water pump service was on me because I found this out after the fact. The good news/bad news was that my mech took it apart and put it back together with the original parts, and lo and behold, it worked like a charm.

This is bad news because this happened last time. it works just fine but after a while, the pump WILL NOT turn on - very frustrating, and it only occurs a the most inopportune times.

Hopefully I can fix this permanently someday.

Tim, glad you had your water pump fixed. I wonder if it's because of the way the economy is now, Sea Ray is trying to help MM stay in the business by only have warranty work performed by MM.


On another note, how was Boca Chita Randy? Take any pics?

Nick fished off the shore on the East and North side of the island but didn't catch anything.
