Bohicket to Folly Beach

Can anyone tell me about taking my boat from Bohicket Marina at Seabrook to Folly Beach. I have a 400 SeaRay sedan bridge and the draft is about 4 feet. It looks to me like I can go on the intercoastal and come down the stono river, but I don’t know if I can go up the Folly river, the other question I have is whether or not the stono inlet is dependable and whether my boat could be safe going through there. Any thoughts.

Using a 3.5 foot draft setting, Navionics says circumnavigate the ICW using Bohicket Creek to North Edisto River to Stono River back to ICW/ Folly River. I don't know anything about Stono Inlet.
