Bow rail base.

How do you replace these base fittings on the bow rail? Do they just unscrew? Or is there a plate behind them?

Thank you. I tried unscrewing one, but the screws didn’t come loose. Kind of hoping it would be an easy job lol.

Mine were through bolted with washers and nuts with caps. Some were visible on the headliner, others hidden pretty well
