I have had a number of hose clamps break over the last two seasons and have decided to replace all of them on both engines. I have done a little research and it looks like the AWAB 316 stainless clamps may be the way to go.

Does anyone else have any other recommendations? Also, has anyone bothered to take an inventory of the sizes need for the 8.1? I can go down to the boat and measure all the clamps but would prefer to order ahead of time and save a trip.

Thanks in advance.

My tech recommended I replace mine as needed, but using a stainless steel T-clamp. I don't recall his reasons, but maybe someone with better mechanical knowledge will know why. They are more expensive, so might be cost prohibitive if you are doing all of them.
