Well I ordered it from Amazon but the advertising is confusing. There seem to be two chassis with the heavier designated TW9000 or DL25215. Otherwise, the price depends on the included extras. I got the heavier with the emergency crank included and placed on port side, a strap, no remote, a clutch on side, 25' of wire to be run under truck and hooked to battery with included CB, and auto mechanical brake which should hold boat tight against bow snubbers although I will add usual slack safety chain. More industrial quality and less consumer stuff like remote to drop in lake or light to fail soon. Under $500. You can get them at Home Depot too although I gave up on why they are also marketed by "Goldenrod." They must be OK if they are from Hastings, Nebraska.

Arrived with broken clutch handle courtesy of an Amazon packing robot. They will try again. Comes with 25' of #8 wire with a cute CB plate to bolt to the battery post. Not fond of energized exposed metal in the compartment. Contacted manufacturer and informed that winch has its own internal slow-throw CB and the post device is just to protect the wire and my truck from shorts that may happen under car. Found a nice fused 100 amp 3/8 threaded post by battery which is where I will hook my winch without the CBs. I'll get a spare 100 amp. The fuse is for the engine cooling fan whose temporary loss will not cause me to stop abruptly.
Will make for a clean install. Guess I will have to buy a 2 pole, big amp plug and solder it in alongside the hitch.
