Anyone have any insight / tips to the cabin door track system? Seems the door went too far open and the roller slide went off the tracks and I finally got it to close but its not sliding as easy as it used to. its the top roller / track. I loosened the inside/ left / port trolley to get it semi rolling again. I lubed everything and I'm still having the issue.

Not sure what you think happened is possible. When this happened on my 300DA, the trucks had broken down and the bottom of the door was just resting on the top of the track. All that friction made it very hard to slide. I had to take it all apart and replace the track (which had split into pieces from all the time sliding the door with the trucks broken) and the trucks. Also, lube is essentially irrelevant. The door rides on trucks with small wheels. If your trucks are original to 2002, you got a good run out of them.

The track looks in tact and I used a screw driver to put pressure on it all over it and its solid.

We were listing to port on a passing wake and some one got tossed into the door it and it slammed open, past where it normally stops. To the point where the top hand was slammed up against the side wall and you couldn't get your fingers in there and it had to be pried open.

Whomever designed these doors was missing a brain! They are a pain! I have spent the last week trying to figure out what I had with my top track/nylon blocks. Mine are different than yours, but try FP first and then boatoutfitters has some too. I do not remember his name, but at FP they have what they refered to as their "Track Expert"-very knowledgeable and good guy.

Hopefully its an easy fix. Here's a link to the repair work I did. Posts 1069, 1070 (this one has pictures), 1073 and 1075 have all the info. Your 360DA might be a different setup but maybe this will give you some needed info of some kind. I got all my parts from Flounder Pounder. http://clubsearay.com/showthread.php/458-300-Sundancer-questions?p=630183#post630183

These guys have all the stuff to rebuild door tracks and the wheel/truck assemblies. Least they have had everything I needed when I needed it. Might have to call but they will work with you.

Great Stephens, thanks very much!

boat out fitters and teak island are the same folks. Least the same folks and managers will handle you issues. Like I say; they got all the older Sea Ray hard wear. Least they have never let me down.

Good Luck

I finally found out that my hardware(upper nylon blocks) had to come from SR. Took me a couple hours today, but changed them out without removing the helm. Had to get real creative a couple of times, but the job is done. Removing the screws with the nylon lock nuts was 99% of the problem.
