Thanks for the advice everyone. Well, I'm done with the upholstery, but still working on the floor. Ripping up the carpet is awful. I am stuck on one section and wondering if anyone can help. There is a step-down separating the cabin floor and the mid-cabin floor. The vertical portion of the step is a curved piece and I can't figure out how it is attached, can't find any screws. It looks like it was carpeted separately before being attached. I'm not sure yet if I will lay new carpet down or try the wood. Thanks again.
