This off season will be my first time servicing the aftercoolers, heat exchangers, trans oil coolers and fuel coolers. Would anyone have any documentation and/or videos showing the removal and cleaning process of these components?

I'd like to see the same. Lot's on youtube for Cummins, not so much for CAT.
Where are you located?

Hope these help.

A very good mechanic acquaintance of mine gave me the following procedure for descaling a marine engine cooling system. I have not tried it, although others at my yacht club have with great success. Shut off the thruhull, fill the sea strainer with muratic acid (or the stuff in the video), turn over the motor. Do this a couple of times until the motor is full of whatever it is. Let it sit 20 minutes, open the thruhull and take the boat out and run it. The muratic acid loosens everything up, and if you then take it out and run it, you'll blow it all out.

Thanks, I’ve done the flushing but it’s time to remove and disassemble everything to clean and have pressure tested.

The cat aftercooler looks to me to be easier to service than the cummins. I found the CAT aftercooler service instructions online but lost the link and have not come across yet again but looks straight forward.
