This is not one of the biggest mods you can do to your boat, but man, did I get a lot of enjoyment out of it. I have to admit, when I'm anchored, I get pretty damn lazy. I wanted to control my stereo from the sun lounge vs going up to the helm all the time.
I first noticed this Clarion remote on a swim platform of the new 330DA at the boat show...I thought it was perfect for my needs and the bezel matched the one at the helm...needed to sell the wife on my idea!
Total cost for the remote, Y cable, and extension cable totaled around $170.00.....changing tunes from the sun lounge, priceless!
