The admiral has some health issues with her back, and she complains there is no comfortable place to sit in the cockpit area when we're cruising. During our delivery cruise last July from Long Island to Chesapeake Bay we encountered really rough seas in Delaware Bay and she was miserable. I've noticed too that the helm seat isn't comfortable at all. Has anybody else noticed this? Anybody try to modify the seating somehow? I'm thinking about getting one of those folding deck chairs with the white vinyl cushions that West Marine sells for $200; maybe that would be more comfortable for the admiral to sit in while the boat is underway.

Those chairs are pretty comfortable, I think they are available with aluminum frames or stainless, I would recommend the stainless.

The Helm and Co-Pilot's seat are easily replaced, they are simply screwed down.

Just measure it up and I'm positive there are a ton of options that will fit.
